This company is awful

This company is awful. Try buying an e gift card. Wait. I mean don’t! I spent 6 hours on the phone with a call center in Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador. All said they “fixed” my issue, only to get an email after the call assuring me it most certainly had not.

Kohl's Customer Service/Fraud Detection Dept is a Joke

I called Kohl's after noticing fraud on my account. After research, they deemed the invalid purchases valid and charged me for them. I've not been able to speak with a person and there is no further discussion. Kohl's sucks and to keep my credit record from being ruined by this illegal purchase, I decided to pay the balance. They've now slapped late fees on my closed account for being late last month for a purchase I never made. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT KOHL'S AGAIN AND HAVE TOLD EVERYONE YOU SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!

If your in the mood for some rude customers service go to kohls . Before it gets shut down

Kohls online shopping the worst. From the employees to I the managers.They have the most incompetent employees and supervisors.I hope you get shut down your garbage is over priced anyway.I will definitely spread the you suck!!!!You rude pieces of garbage can’t hang up on me now.By the way you suck monkey balls good day jack wagons.

Kohl’s is a horrible place to shop!

I used to love shopping at Kohl’s, however, they have really hit rock bottom when it comes to attention to detail on packaging and shipping orders. I placed my order and waited quite awhile to receive it. When I finally did receive it, everything was incorrect.

They shipped the wrong blouse, wrong color blouse, wrong size blouse, the wrong set of makeup brushes in the wrong color, and 2 other makeup brushes are broken/damaged.

Not a single item is correct or free of defect or damage! In-friggin-believable!

That’s not the only problem… I’m disabled and I don’t drive, have no one to drive me to Kohl’s to return these items. I don’t even live close to Kohl’s, so whatever I may have saved by purchasing these things on sale is lost on the time to return them and the cost of gas and paying for a ride to return it. I also will lose the Kohl’s cash and any discount coupons I had for the purchase.

I have shopped at the Riverdale Kohls …

I have shopped at the Riverdale Kohls most of my life and am so disappointed as to how Kohls has become so messy and unorganized.
The store is actually starting to look trashy.

Very disappointed long time Kohl's cc holder

Long time Kohl's cc holder. For years I could quickly pay my bill online with no problems. This year they changed to a new online system for bill payment and it has been a nightmare. You can't get logged in, it keeps asking to verify you by sending you a code. Once you receive the code and enter it, it kicks you right back to the log in page no matter if you receive the code by email or phone. I am done and paid my bill off. Will no longer use Koh's credit card!

I went to the Kohls in chaska mn have…

I went to the Kohls in chaska mn have not been their in a long time. I remember going and the store was always full and the staff helpful. This time my experiance was AWEFUL 1. I was looking through the jewelry and 2 workers were standing over the counter chatting and made no note that I was trying to see
never acknowledged me or asked if they were in the way just kept chatting and completely blew me off. 2. I went to use your supposid coupon $10 off $25 when I went to pay another dark haired women checked me out and laughed and said oh you can't use that on name brand and dont look at the candy either hahahhaha. RUDE. Honestly what does it matter!!! Your stuff is now so over priced no wonder your loosing. You really need to reevaluate. Kohls use to be a bargain now its over priced out dated name brands the same pair of addidias that your selling for EIGHTY yes EIGHTY dollars sells at Costco for TWENTY!!! I just have no reason to go to Kohls anymore. Sorry i will not be returning. Sticking to Costco walmart and target.

The store is a disaster and customer…

The store is a disaster and customer service has gone downhill! I always use the kohls app scanner due to the fact that the prices are never listed correctly, I scanned a pair of flip flops and it showed they were on sale. When they rang them up at the register it came up that they were not on sale. They would not honor the sale price even though I gave my phone to the cashier and she scanned with my phone and saw for herself that they came up on sale!

Team member letti did an outstanding job tonight. Helped me with my incorrect prices and even helped me save more money than I fought I would spend. Fantastic outstanding job.

Don't know about Canada, but NO THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE! They can't even figure out to send a glass picture frame in a box instead of a plastic bag. TWICE! And forget about a refund. Shop elsewhere, anywhere else.

I THOUGHT I HAD RECEIVED MY ORDER TODAY AND WHEN I OPEN THE BOX, SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER IS IN THE BOX ALONG WITH THEIR PACKING SLIP. I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD NOT TO WORRY, THAT MY SHIPMENT IS ON IT'S WAY IN ANOTHER BOX AND TO JUST RETURN THE OTHER CUSTOMERS ORDER TO THE STORE. I ASK HIM, HOW CAN I HAVE TWO ORDERS SHIPPED TO ME WITH THE SAME TRACKING NUMBER? HE PROCEEDS TO TELL ME THAT IT'S NOT THE SAME TRACKING NUMBER AND I AM MISTAKEN. NOW IT SHOWS ONLINE THAT I RECEIVED THE ORDER BECAUSE JUST LIKE I TOLD HIM, THERE WAS ONLY 1 TRACKING NUMBER BUT I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO NOW. THAT ORDER WAS 160something DOLLARS.
